Privacy Notice — Prism

This notice explains how SC Ventures (“we”, “us”) collects and uses personal data when you use the Prism portal (the “Service”). It is provided in line with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and, where it applies to you, the UK and EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What we collect

Account data — your name and work email address, provided through your organisation’s single sign-on when you create an account.
Usage and technical data — IP address, request metadata and basic activity logs, used to operate and secure the Service.
Content you submit — use cases, prompts, comments, endorsements, ratings and any files you upload.
Interest registrations — when you register interest in a use case or tool, the contact details you provide (name, company, email and, optionally, phone number).
AI playground data — the conversations and prompts you run in the AI playground, retained so you can revisit your history.

How we use it

To provide, secure and improve the Service.
To connect you with the AI Lab team about use cases and tools you express interest in.
To maintain your saved content, history and preferences.
To meet our legal and security obligations.

We rely on our legitimate interest in running the AI Lab portal, and on your consent where required. We do not sell your personal data or use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

Personal data is accessible to authorised AI Lab staff and is processed by the infrastructure providers that host the Service (Amazon Web Services) and our error- and performance-monitoring providers. These providers act on our instructions under appropriate data-protection terms. Content visibility within the portal is governed by the visibility setting on each item (public, AI Lab only, or private).

Retention

We keep personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymise it. You can ask us to delete your account data at any time.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and may withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email prism@scv-ai-lab.com. You also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.

Changes

We may update this notice from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
