Terms of Use — Prism

These terms govern your use of the Prism portal (the “Service”), operated by the SC Ventures AI Lab. By accessing the Service you agree to these terms.

Eligibility and accounts

The Service is intended for SC Ventures staff and invited portfolio-company users. You must sign in with your authorised work account, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

Use the Service only for legitimate business purposes related to the AI Lab.
Do not upload unlawful, infringing or confidential third-party material you are not permitted to share.
Do not attempt to access data, accounts or content you are not authorised to view, or probe, scan or disrupt the Service.
Do not misuse the AI playground — including generating unlawful content or attempting to circumvent usage limits or safety controls.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant SC Ventures a licence to host and process that content to operate the Service. Content visibility is governed by the visibility setting on each item; you are responsible for choosing an appropriate setting.

AI-generated output

The AI playground and AI-assisted features may produce inaccurate or incomplete output. Output is provided for exploration and must not be relied on as professional, legal or financial advice. You are responsible for reviewing output before acting on it.

Availability

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of it at any time, and do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access that breaches these terms or that poses a security or legal risk.
